TAT MAX (version 5.0) is here!
New Feature
Improvement
Fix
Trade Automation Toolbox version 5.0 is now available. With this update, we're also launching our first new subscription plans ever, MAX. Subscriptions in the MAX tier will include the following new features. (MAX features are available during free trial periods and will be enabled for all current users for 30 days for free.)
TAT MAX exclusive features:
- Free Integrated market data for non-professional users. This will eliminate the need to use your broker's data feed for options pricing and any limitations they imposed on the number of strikes or DTEs that we could load. ($50/month fee for professional users)
- 12 new symbols to trade: AAPL, AMZN, GLD, GOOGL, IBIT, IWM, META, MSFT, NVDA, RUT, TSLA, XSP
- Advanced web-based reporting, that is much more powerful and easy to use than the current native reporting. Plus, for users who are or have traded at multiple brokers, you can see all of your results together in one place.
- Automatic database cloud backups, so you never need to worry about losing your trade history, templates or schedule again. Plus, it makes moving your data between computers or server happen with just a few clicks.
- Exclusive TradingView indicator: Gamma Hawk, which is used to catch quick, shape moves and take advantage of premium expansion.
New Trading features for all plans
- Exact DTE (or flexible DTE) setting for trade templates. Exact DTE is the default (and current behavior), but if you are trading longer DTEs where the available expirations are not fixed, this is for you. When you disable Exact DTE, TAT will check for your DTE during trade entry. If your DTE is not available (60 DTE for example), it will select the next later expiration. Today if you had a 60 DTE SPY trade set up, TAT would have entered with the 64 DTE/Sept 18th expiration.
- VIX9D/VIX, and VIX9D Pts/Pct movement conditions
- VIXRank and VIXPercentile conditions. Based on 1 minute bars and user defined lookback lengths. These are also now available to be used in testing on BYOB (which uses a 2000 minute lookback)
- Time Conditions - Time_MinutesFromMarketOpen, Time_MinutesToMarketClose, and Trade_MinutesInTrade
- Max Attempts - This allows you to set a scheduled or triggered entry to a certain number of max attempts to find a trade. If you only want to check once and cancel right away if your max price or S/L ratio is not met, or something else causes no matching trade, you can abort the entry with only 1 attempt. Or set to a higher number if you want a few tries. (Default is leaving it blank, which means an unlimited number of attempts until the Expirtion minutes window expires)
- Max Attempts Alternate Template. This allow you to give your trade a second chance to enter, using a different template (maybe with wider premium targets, more widths, etc.) To utilize this option, you set the number of Max Attempts you want to make with the primary template. If the trade is not filled after X attempts, then it will run the entry again using the Alternate template, up to the same number of max attempts. You do need to leave enough time in your expiration minutes to cover all entry attempts.
- EMA for all symbols: Added support at all brokers now for EMA calculations on every symbol Scale down entry quantity if hitting the max subscription contracts with a multi qty trade that would go over, instead of cancelling it completely.
