TAT v5.0.17 Maintenance Release

TAT 5.0.17 fixes:

Since the release of TAT 5.0.15 we identified several issues that needed to be corrected, especially one impacting market data for ES traders.

• Fixed: Market data change in 5.0.15 broke ES data loading for IBKR users.
• Fixed: Data for ExpectedMoveBreach was not loading properly for Tradier users on Broker data feed.
• Fixed: UnderlyingPrice condition was not supporting new tickers added in MAX.
